Yisel, Thanks for posting this video. It is all too often that folks give in to excuses on why they can't do something. I know that I have been guilty of it myself in the past. What I have found that works for me is if I focus not only on the benefit of the project but also on the downside of not completing it. With the two forces of both pain (not getting it done) & pleasure (accomplishing the task at hand) working there is a higher likelihood of success.

You are right. Using pain and pleasure correctly is a great way to get ourselves do the things that will get us what we want.
